oh, i may confuse you.
it is called ba-ba-ro-a in japan.
and i think nobody understand what it is.
so i google it to traslate into English.
according to it,
BAVARIAN CREAM is also known as Bavarois, Bayerische Creme.
so i just copy paste it for other peple who may be famillier with that words better.
and you are right,
this name is originally from German.
because French chef made it for German nobility....

Well, babaroa - bavarois, that fits! I know neither Hiragana nor Katakana contain any Vs and you're using Bs for it. Plus the rois is pronounced roa, so yeah : )

Hm, I wonder what time it was that this was invented. Gonna have to Wiki ^^
